Very handy tool
It is helpful that most of the scales can be modified by adding your own words to describe the way your pain feels, triggers, intensity etc. You are able to make enteries as many times a day as you like. I find it helpful to motivate me when I look over my entries and see that moving through the pain by exercising often helps me feel better.
I was able to see patterns in my day and adjust accordingly. I was able to see that working on meditating and mindfulness is making a positive difference in my pain levels.
It is very handy that I dont have to reflect on my past days but I can provide my doctor with very accurate information and they are better able to fine tune meds and provide suggestions.
